New Study Shows that the use of Olive-oil Greatly Reduces the Risk of Developing Many Chronic or Fatal Diseases.

Was it something in; or that is not in, the olive-oil or just the fact that olive-oil makes many things--especially vegetables--taste better; so that people just eat better? I have noted that if some other vegetable oils are left stand; in a saucer, or around a deep fryer, for example, they will form a tough varnish that is extremely hard to get rid of. Could this be happening in our bodies?  No-one knows the answers for sure, but, the study was very conclusive: the use of olive-oil will improve your general health and you will probably live longer, if you use it in all your cooking.
The study was conducted using Extra-Virgin Olive- oil. Europeans do not use many of the other vegetable oils and "crap" that we use here.
