Obesity, the Leading Cause of Death in North America, Also Leads to Dementia

"Remember people: potatoes are not fattening, it is the other "stuff" that you always eat on or "with"potatoes that is fattening. Stop eating too much. Face it people, if your waist  measurement is more than your hip measurement, you are not just slightly overweight, you are obese--morbidly so--and you have cut approximately ten years off your life. Although, we doctors have been telling you that for years; new reports show that instead of doing anything about it; most North Americans are going the other way and the problem is getting worse."
Dr. Art Hister-Global Morning News

"The greater the amount of belly fat the smaller the brain and the greater the risk of dementia."
